UGLY by scary-art.com on Flickr.Via Flickr:
Paragraph 305:
Alice did not much like keeping so close to her: first,
because the Duchess was VERY ugly; and secondly, because she was
exactly the right height to rest her chin upon Alice’s shoulder,
and it was an uncomfortably sharp chin. However, she did not
like to be rude, so she bore it as well as she could.

Radio’s Part in Airline Operations by Calsidyrose on Flickr.Via Flickr:
I won an eBay auction for a promotional map put together by General Mills, Milton Bradley and American Airlines that features lots of cool information, neat graphics and a gameboard that uses Cheerios brand cereal as markers. The paper is not of good quality, so the map, which folds out into a larger sheet, is very fragile. I made a number of scans and cropped parts of the map to highlight the details. I’ll take a photo of the actual gamesheet and post it ASAP.
The piece dates to at least 1955, according to the copyright on one of the panels.
